PUBLIC CONSULTATION – BODINGTON HALL

I have been advised today by Jonathan Dunbavin at “id Planning” of the following information:

BODINGTON HALL, ADEL, LEEDS – PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT IN RELATION TO RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS FOR RESERVED MATTERS FOLLOWING GRANT OF OUTLINE PLANNING PERMISSION

“I act on behalf of David Wilson Homes who are preparing a planning application for the aforementioned site for residential development. The application is applying for reserved matters following the granting of outline planning permission.

Prior to the submission of the planning application my clients wish to engage with the local community and Ward Members in order to hear their views on the details of the scheme. In this context, you are invited to attend a public consultation event to be held on Wednesday 6th February from 4.30pm onwards at:

The Small Meeting room

First Floor

Central Block

The event will be informal with members of the development team being available between the hours of 4.30pm and 7.30pm so that members of the public can come in a any time during this period to look at the development proposals and discuss them with the development team. We would welcome feedback on the proposals and this can be undertaken by either filling out a comments sheet on the day or by forwarding your views either by email to jonathan@idplanning.co.uk
