I have received an update from Taylor Wimpey who are holding a further consultation exercise with residents regarding Moseley Wood Bottom, the essence of which is to let residents know that they now plan to have a 2nd access point into the site from Cookridge Drive. The details of the event are set out below.
“Further to the previous exhibition undertaken in June 2013, we have now organised a 2nd exhibition in order to show the latest proposals to the local community. At the original exhibition, one of the main issues of concern raised was that only one access was being proposed. A 2nd point of access is now being suggested from Cookridge Drive and it is on this that we would now like to hear the community’s views. Whilst we appreciate that many who attended last time did not want to see the site developed, we would like to hear (if the principle of development can be put to one side) whether their preference would be for 1 or 2 points of access if the site were to be approved for development.
I can now confirm that the date of this latest Cookridge public exhibition is Thursday 5 December 2013 from 3.45pm – 6.45pm. It will take place at Cookridge Methodist Church Hall on Tinshill Road.“
