There will be five spectator zones in Leeds along the Grand Départ stage 1 route and details of where each will be are now available. The five spectator zones will be the city centre from the start on The Headrow and along Eastgate, Scott Hall Playing Fields, Harewood House, Pool in Wharfedale and Otley town centre.
The locations at Scott Hall, Pool and Otley will all include a big screen showing coverage of the race before and after it passes by, along with a full day of family friendly entertainment, food stalls and access for people with disabilities. Large crowds are expected to gather in the city centre with more than 10,000 at Scott Hall Playing Fields, 20,000 joining festival goers at Harewood House where the Yorkshire Festival of Cycling is taking place over the weekend, 6,000 at Pool in Wharfedale and up to 15,000 in Otley. Further information will be released nearer to race day.
