Please find set out below new information in respect of the above applications. Just to be clear if you have already submitted an objection you will need to send in another objection if you want to comment on these amendments.

I have recently met with the relevant Planning Officer and would confirm that I have been advised that 2 amended planning applications have now been submitted by David Wilson Homes (BDWH) and Hallam Land.

The relevant Planning Application numbers are 14/01660/OT/NW and 14/01874/OT/NW. The revised plans, Masterplan and illustrative layouts provide the following amendments:
