I have been advised by the agents acting on behalf of the owner as follows:
“Further to our meeting and the community consultation event in June, we’ve taken on board the feedback received and a number of changes have been made including:
- The link road to the adjacent greenbelt site has now been omitted;
- In order to avoid overspill parking on the estate and elsewhere, the number of visitor parking spaces has increased to eight and two cars can park on driveways, rather than one; and
- The house types and mix has more variety. There are now seven house types proposed. The proposed scheme includes a mix of two to five bedroom dwellings between 1.5 and 2.5 storeys in height. The proposed layout is attached for your information. We aim to submit the planning application within the next week. Should you have any further feedback please let us know as soon as possible. Otherwise, the application will be available to comment on, on the council’s website, once it has been validated. A detailed landscape scheme has been prepared and this will be submitted with the application alongside other technical reports on trees, highways, planning, design and access and ecology.”
