The Council has advised as follows:
“We are writing to let you know that after tomorrow, Tuesday 23 January, leeds.gov.uk will look a bit different (please note the link won’t work before the new version of the site is live).
Over the last year or so the Digital Access team have been gathering lots of feedback from members of the public by researching how they use our website and testing what works for them and what doesn’t. See what’s changed here. Find out why and what happens next in the attached document.
Help us to keep on improving!
The Leeds.gov customer experience group helps us improve our website by taking part in a variety of activities either online or in person.
If you or your constituents are interested in getting involved visit this page to find out more (please note the link won’t work before the new version of the site is live). You will be invited to take part in testing from time to time, and can unsubscribe from the group if you no longer wish to help.
Tell us what you think
Throughout the site you’ll see ‘did you find what you were looking for?’ at the bottom of pages. Your constituents can use this to tell us what they think of our website, comments will feed into future improvements.”
