I have received information on bus consultation events, as set out below. Anyone who is interested can attend. To see local events, scroll to the bottom.
We are hosting a launch of our next round of bus public consultation for you and partners across the city.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to see first-hand displays on the upcoming phase, showcasing the draft proposals of the A660, A61 (South)/A639 bus corridors and the city centre gateways.
These are interesting times as we look to give people a better transport network in and around Leeds, as well as bringing forward key schemes and initiatives. This phase allows you to discuss our outlined proposals for a more effective bus network that is fast, reliable and efficient as possible.
It will also concentrate on key changes around the city centre gateways – giving people a smart city centre that uses space wisely.
By working with you, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, our partners and operators, we can realise our ambition for reliable and punctual bus journeys whilst trying to meet air pollution improvements, reduce congestion and make walking, cycling and public transport more attractive.
