RESERVED MATTERS FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (USE CLASS C3) FOR UP TO 100 DWELLINGS AND LAND RESERVED FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH CONSTRUCTION OF VEHICULAR ACCESS FROM OTLEY ROAD, TO THE NORTH WEST AND ASH ROAD TO THE SOUTH, AREAS OF OPEN SPACE, LANDSCAPING, ECOLOGY TREATMENTS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS.
I have received information regarding the new proposal submitted by David Wilson Homes. Revised plans for the land to the east of Otley Road are now on the Planning Portal. You can look at the application, plans and other documents on Public Access on the internet at www.leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess using application number 18/04343/RM or at any Leeds City Council One-Stop Shop or at Holt Park Library or any other Library.
You can then click on the associated documents if you wish to see what the documents are and you can look at all the individual documents.
If you are satisfied that the changes meet your original objection or comments you have made then you need do nothing more. However if the changes have not met your requirements we would suggest sending in a letter or email saying words to the effect of:
“Despite the revised plan being submitted my original objection still stands as I feel issues have not been effectively dealt with” and if necessary add any further comments you may have.
Comments can be made, quoting the application number, either:
- in writing to the Development Enquiry Centre, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds LS2 8BB,
- by email to email@example.com
- or by placing comments directly on to the Planning Portal www.leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess
The closing date for comments is 29th May 2019 however if for any reason you are unable to do so by the date the planners will accept comments up to the point at which they will be writing their report and recommendation.
