KING LANE – MOORTOWN/ALWOODLEY

I was contacted by a local resident who asked whether the Council had any plans to do anything about the bottleneck of traffic that is regularly a feature on King Lane in Moortown/Alwoodley. You may be interested in the information below from Highways Engineering in response, regarding the new East Leeds Orbital Road.
